I am an attorney and Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. I have worked solely in the field of taxpayer representation since 2007. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
I founded Franklin Defoe to put clients first and improve the client experience, from the first call to the final resolution. I am an expert at keeping clients’ accounts and assets protected and exercising taxpayer rights effectively. I know what is possible with the IRS, and I know how to get it done.
